In the summer of 1993 we opened a small pizza shop in Red Hook. We used this location to develop our business strategy and learn the ins and outs of operating a small business.  After hurricane Marilyn we opened Pesce.  Pesce is a traditional family style Italian restaurant. Over the previous 10 years Pesce has grown into a favorite among locals and travelers alike by offering quality and consistency giving each guest a memorable dining experience.

In 2007 we opened Pesce’s sister restaurant The Cellar which intertwines the flavors of the Caribbean with some of America’s favorite dishes.  The Cellar boasts a wine list of 150+ bottles of wine from around the globe.

Three years ago we acquired Café Amici which is a lovely garden bistro located in the AH Riise mall in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Café Amici is a must see when downtown.

In 2009, we expanded The Cellar to include a private dining room which is available for wedding receptions, private dinners, or cocktail receptions.

In the summer of 2011 we will be opening our newest restaurants, The Sunset Grille and Cruzan Beach Club both located at the beautiful Secret Harbour Beach Resort and Sangria’s Beachside Bistro at Elysian Beach Resort.

January of 2012 saw our latest addition to St. Thomas Restaurant Group, Caribbean Fish Market located at Elysian Beach Resort.
